BEST KETO BURGER!

Ingredients:

Hamburger patties

  • 25 oz. ground beef

  • 3 oz. crumbled feta cheese

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 2 oz. fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil, for frying (Coconut oil, or Butter will do)

Gravy

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 oz. cilantro , coarsely chopped

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • Chopped garlic

  • salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients for the hamburgers to a large bowl. Use hands to ensure even mix (DONT OVER MIX!!) . Form patties with olive oil hands. Chill Patties until ready to cook. Before cooking allow patties to adjust to room temp.

  2. Pour olive oil to a large frying pan. Fry over medium-high heat for at least 10 minutes or until the patties have turned a nice color.

  3. Add whipping cream to the pan when the patties are almost done. Add in tomato paste and Stir (ensure paste and cream take on a nice orange hue) let simmer for a few minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. You must sprinkle some finely chopped cilantro over dish for maximum flavor!
