/Ingredients:
2 farm-fresh eggs
4 tablespoons of unsalted, melted butter from grass-fed cows
1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 capful of pure vanilla extract
90 grams of superfine almond flour, made from whole almonds and ground to a fine consistency
2 tablespoons of granulated Swerve, a natural, zero-calorie sweetener
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Instructions:
Combine the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender. On high, blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
In a blender, combine the almond flour, Swerve, baking powder, and salt. Blend on high for 2 minutes more or until the batter is thick and pillowy in texture.
