Ingredients:

  • 2 farm-fresh eggs

  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted, melted butter from grass-fed cows

  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 capful of pure vanilla extract

  • 90 grams of superfine almond flour, made from whole almonds and ground to a fine consistency

  • 2 tablespoons of granulated Swerve, a natural, zero-calorie sweetener

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

  • avocado oil baking spray

Instructions:

  1. Combine the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender. On high, blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
